Yoga and Massage in Pregnancy

Pregnancy can often be a daunting time, particularly within the context of today's hectic lifestyle. It is easy to rush around thinking 'I should be doing this, or I should be doing that,' but less easy to incorporate the practical steps of true relaxation and rest into the bigger picture of our lives. Just as a flower needs time to just be a flower then so too do women need some time to 'just be pregnant' This time can be invaluable as it is a time for connecting with new life for both mother and growing child, and this can be done through proper relaxation in the forms of massage and yoga.

Pregnancy Massage is ideal for aching bodies, fluid retention, and general 'out of sorts-ness' and yoga is excellent for strengthening the internal systems and preparing the body and mind for birth and beyond.
