On-site Acupressure or 'Chair Massage' is a 30 minute massage sequence which is performed over clothing on the upper body, ie back, neck, shoulders, arms and scalp whilst the client is seated on a specially designed massage chair. It is an excellent way to combat the negative effects of stress within the corporate environment. It includes the use of pressure points, stretches and specific movements which are used to free up mobility and increase the circulation. It is a safe and effective way to unblock tension in the back neck and shoulders which often occurs as a result of sitting at a computer or driving for hours on end!
