On-site chair massage aims to provide a fast and effective way to recuce stress levels in the workplace at an affordable investment.

On-site Acupressure or 'Chair Massage' is a 30 minute massage sequence which is performed over clothing on the upper body, ie back, neck, shoulders, arms and scalp whilst the client is seated on a specially designed massage chair. It is an excellent way to combat the negative effects of stress within the corporate environment. It includes the use of pressure points, stretches and specific movements which are used to free up mobility and increase the circulation through the body and to the brain. It is a safe and effective way to unblock tension in the back neck and shoulders which often occurs as a result of sitting at a computer or driving for hours on end!

 On-site massage can also be be hosted in the home for small groups of 4-8 people as a Pamper Party
