Welcome to my site on yoga and holistic therapies. My name is Jane Orrell and I have been working in the holistic field since 1994. I have been a practicing holistic massage therapist for over 17 years and teaching yoga since my studies in India in 2004. My yoga practice is a constant dance between being blissfully lost in space and being present in my heart and in the world. My aim if any, is to integrate and live my truth with whatever that may be in each moment. Its not always easy, but its quite often very funny as the quirky petals of life unfold. I am also currrently enjoying studying fine art as I believe creativity is a fundamental part of who we are in whatever form it takes. wishing you a joyful exploration
