Do you get stressed out? It's hard to avoid these days as the planet is experiencing a vast amount of energetic shifts at the moment, which means that the natural rythmn of our lives is speeding up tremendously, often by imperceivable proportions.
But fear not!... there is an ever expanding number of ways we can learn to deal with these shifts by utilising various natural healing techniques! Whether it's a deep cosmic connection through transcendental meditation or just a bit of time out and simple relaxation that you need, there is something for all of us at whatever level we choose. It's a bit like tuning into your favourite radio station to find the 'best vibes' for you.
How do we do that? By getting back in tune with what is going on with our bodies, our minds and re-connecting with the true self or universal consciousness - you know that bit we sometimes forget about, the part of ourselves which kind of observes everything! And as the collective soul consciousness is rapidly expanding, there are so many ways we can explore this.
Although my training is in holistic massage therapy, reiki and yoga, I also work intuitively with other types of healing - depending on what you as an individual need within your healing process, including smiling, breathing, Ommming!
If you want to be happy and healthy then there's lots of fun ways to do this, a lot of stress can be released by simply letting our body and mind switch off and tuning into your naturally blissful state!!! I know it's sometimes hard to believe that our natural way is to be happy and healthy but with patience and effort, yoga and true meditation show us back home to this blissful space where life flows more freely through us. That's not to say everything becomes effortless in an instant, but the teachings and practices of yoga give us an amazing guide on our journey.
I try and find out which method of healing will suit you best then work with it together with you.Most of the time i use a combination of techniques some of these methods include, breathwork, chakra healing, cellular and light visualization, and sound & mantra meditation....again depending on the needs of the individual
Not to be too technical, all we really need to do is learn to stop, switch off, relax, and...
